What is your operating season?

We are open year round. From October 1 to April 30 we require a minimum 2 room stay (one night 2 room or 1 room 2 nights) Our cancellation policy is 72 hour notice during peak season. Special conditions apply during the off season.

From May 1st to September 30th we provide a full breakfast. During the off season from October 1st to April 30th we offer a discounted rate and provides bagel, tea, coffee and all the necessary condiments.

What time is check in?

Check in is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm, later check in by prior notification only please.

What time is checkout?

Check out is 10:00 am.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If less than 72 hours cancellation notification is given, and we are still able to rent your room, your credit card will not be charged for the booked reservation. Special conditions apply during the off season.

Can I wear my shoes in the B&B?

We ask that all guests please remove outside shoes, we do have slippers available at the entrance for your comfort.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard & interac and cash.

Can we use your kitchen facilities to cook?

We have a no cooking policy in place for guests. We do have an area on the patio if you would like to do take out from one of our local restaurants or grocery store. We also have a fridge if you would like to chill a beverage. Keep in mind we are a BED & BREAKFAST not a CABIN.

Do you supply cots for additional people/children in the rooms?

Unfortunately no, our guest rooms are max 2 persons per room. All rates and capacity are based on double occupancy only.

Do you supply laundry facilities?

We provide laundry facilities for a small fee per load. Laundry hours for guest is between 5:00 pm & 8:00 pm.
